This is a special presentation by Earth Voyage (an educational organization associated with the Buckminster Fuller Institute), who have just returned from the June 2008 Buckminster Fuller Conference in New York City.
Among the participatory features of this presentation:
- A Giant DYMAXION World Map will be set up on site for the use of the audience. This will be a chance to explore our Planet Home and how connected we all are.
- An 8-ft 3-D Sphere of the Earth’s Great Circle Lines (known in some circles as a “Genesa Crystal”), which participants can get inside to experience moving with the Earth’s Energy Pathways.

 Robert Gilbert is a former U.S. Marine Corps Instructor in Nuclear-Biological-Chemical Warfare Survival, and holds a Ph.D. in International Studies. Dr. Gilbert is a Polymath, with knowledge of many different fields. He is co-founder of the Vesica Institute for Holistic Studies in Asheville N.C. Through the Institute, Dr. Gilbert presents his own series of practical trainings in the fields of Sacred Geometry, Esoteric Spiritual Traditions, The Science of Vibrational Medicine, and Earth Healing. Dr. Gilbert also holds the distinction of being the first non-Egyptian ever granted permission to teach Egyptian BioGeometry®; today he teaches both the Foundation and Advanced Trainings in that field.
 Andrew Goodheart Brown, holds an MSc. in Sustainable Use of Natural Resources from the University of Washington, Puget Sound. He is an internationally known Permaculture teacher and practitioner; Home Orchardist; International Consultant for sustainable agriculture; Endangered Species observer; Natural Foods chef & teacher; home scale baker & brewer, and all around general bio-philiac.
Marnie Muller and Mark Hanf from Earth Voyage, have created an experiential education organization based in Asheville North Carolina and a special project of the Buckminster Fuller Institute in New York. The Earth Voyage mission is to invite people of all ages to experience the world with a new perspective, and to encourage active participation as global citizens. EV programs engage participants with multi-media environments, life-size educational tools, kinesthetic activities and service learning to cultivate a deep understanding of environmental & social interconnectedness, systems thinking, and science literacy.

SPECIAL NOTES ON THIS COURSE:
On-site housing is available in limited numbers. The cost is $50 a night for a single room. Rooms have single bed, desk, and sink; bathrooms are shared. Because we have a limited number of rooms, preference is given to 5-day attendees first. Any remaining rooms will be available for weekend attendees after the early registration deadline on July 21. Lunch is not provided, but there are kitchen facilities available on-site. Please call our office to reserve a room.
